Pick-up is a great way to meet people and get more disc time! Please bring cleats, a light & dark shirt and water. Most games use “last back” subbing. General feel: Quick paced, 60-min games, played with modified USAU rules. Ideal for those that like to run a lot. They generally play 7v7 with no subs and no breaks.
